We are a company founded in the heart of Ontario by a retired medical doctor. He believes that public awareness of basic medical facts can change the outcome of many diseases.

However, the fast pace of life leaves no time for self-learning; and medical articles can be quite challenging.
Indeed, you need to be an expert diver to pick the pearls, without being lost in the endless ocean.

The urge for the mission remained until he retired from clinical practice, in order to launch iCareM.D.
We offer online sessions that you can to attend from your home. We also arrange in-person training for local organizations or families seeking a closer, hands-on experience.

All courses are prepared, and delivered by the founding doctor. We charge a nominal fee, as we aim to attract those who Seek more knowledge rather than those who Afford more money.

              Our primary objective is to reach and teach individuals with genuine interest in health care and medical sciences.

              We empower you with the knowledge you need to improve your well-being, and to help your loved ones to stay safe, and to overcome the potential challenges of their sickness or condition.

              Our participants choose us because our sessions are tailored to a specific group (e.g. babies, or seniors); or designed for a specific topic (e.g. heart attack, or diabetes).

              We dedicate more time to discuss and practice what you specifically want to learn, without wasting time and money on what you don't.

              If you need to obtain First Aid certification for work purposes but are also interested in our advanced knowledge and skills, we can coordinate with an affiliated certifying agency to provide you with the best of both worlds.

              In the future, we might consider registering our programs with the WSIB, which allows to integrate them into the curriculum of different colleges, organizations, or ministries, that require official certification.

              We take privacy seriously. Your email, whether obtained via subscription to our mailing list, through contacting us, or upon paying a course fee is kept confidential. We won't send you any unwanted or SPAM messages, and will never share or sell our databases to anybody.
              Financial Data
              We do not store financial information e.g. credit card number or bank account details on our server. Course fees are handled securely and separately by our payment processors e.g. PayPal or Stripe.
              Refund Policy

              A full refund can be issued if requested at no later than 5 days before the course date.

              A 50% cancellation fee will be applied if you decide to cancel between 2 and 5 days prior to the pre-determined               time. No refund within the final 2 days.

              Assigning a different day other than the pre-planned one will be handled on a per case basis, according to our discretion, with a potential fee for late requests.
